Shipping Timeframe

We offer fast shipping across the EU. Processing times are as follows:

•       Orders placed Monday–Friday before 14:00 CET are processed same-day

•       Orders placed Friday afternoon or on weekends are processed on Monday

•       Delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days via DPD or similar courier

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all EU member states, the UK, and select non-EU countries. Exact rates vary by destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package in real-time using your carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

•       Contact us within 14 days with photos and tracking details

•       We will file a claim with the carrier or send a replacement

•       Refunds are processed once the claim is resolved

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item is defective. See our Returns Policy for full details.
